Supplier diversity is an important part of Exelon’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. It’s about increasing opportunities and ensuring broad and fair access. It’s how we hire employees and build relationships with suppliers, and how we do business every day.
Exelon believes in creating access and opportunity for certified women-owned businesses, minority-owned businesses and other businesses with recognized diversity classifications. These companies provide ever-increasing economic value and innovation. Between 2013 and 2017, Exelon’s total spend with diversity-certified suppliers has grown 119%.
